Basic Contact Form for WordPress Its a very basic form ideal for those who are using WordPress and are not into the configuration aspects of the Platform there are only four fields within the admin area.
Go to your admin area in WordPress hover over plugins with your mouse and select add new, 
type in basic contact form it should appear on the first page.

If you use the file upload field, files are uploaded to wp-content/uploads/bfc_uploads/
The uploaded file will have the first name and surname appended to the file name so you know who it belongs to.
